As part of its THRP intervention last quarter the Christian Social Services Commission that runs hospitals in its five zones in Tanzania, deployed HR Information System at Mbalizi designated district hospital. The use of HRIS Mbalizi hospital influenced other facilities under CSSC in Mbeya region and elsewhere to look for possibilities of jumping on the bandwagon. Ndanda hospital in Mtwara has prepared equipment needed for deployment and awaits for support in training and installation.
